You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
The SWFMAS forums exist for the non-commercial exchange of information. Sponsors of this site are given banner space and/or a forum to promote their business in accordance with the sponsor agreement. All other posts or signatures by non-sponsors that are deemed to be commercial in nature are a violation of this user agreement and will be removed. As it pertains to this User Agreement, SWFMAS defines “commercial post” as knowing and willful posts made by private individuals or businesses, directly seeking commerce. Violation of this policy will be grounds for removal from our community,

The following are NOT permitted on the forum:

- Discussing illegal activities. (Related federal and state organizations take active interest in what we are doing in so far as it relates to livestock collecting, selling and trading)
- Posting with an alternate account whilst banned or your main account while an alternate account is banned. Both accounts may be deleted.
- Posting any member's real life information without permission.
- Impersonating Administrators, Moderators, or SWFMAS members.
- Bumping any old topic without a good reason and new information.
- Chasing / harassing / flaming other users, regardless of who instigated.
- Remaking or complaining about a locked or deleted thread by creating a new thread.
We take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously. We do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.
If you SPAM our members in any manner, your account will be disabled. Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them from an advertising forum post. If you glean information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that information to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM and it will affect your account standing.
