Brad1215 Report post Posted June 29, 2020 I had this issue, honestly it was never fully resolved. However I would check to make sure you are still a paid member. My issue was that the site wasn't recognizing me as a paid member, yet it told me that I already owned a membership each time I tried to buy a new one. I ended up paying for a family membership which corrected the problem. I'm sure someone will answer that had some access to check into your account.
