I have ordered from "saltwaterfish.com" with decent results the guarantee is good,my only complaint has been the size, if they describe someyhing as 1"-3" I can almost gurentee you'll get 1", also sometimes coloration can differ dramaticly as you are looking at a file photo not the actual item when you order. I also find them to ne a little pricey with the exception of thier specials and they also run shipping specials from time to time. Havent had to use the guarantee yet

I ordered from them and was happy with what I got. The fish were smaller than I expected. Flame angel was nice sized, but the neon dottyback and royal gramma were tiny, although very healthy. I also ordered a torch coral which came bigger than expected, had great color, and has done very well for me. One thing to keep in mind is that although they advertise free shipping, there is a handling fee, and then a fuel surcharge that made the shipping about $20 dollars. When I ordered the flame, gramma and torch were all on special, so I still saved considerably. Being that I believe that getting more immature fish is a benefit, I had no problems and would consider ordering again.

My first tank I bought a few things from them and had good results...although being a newbie into reefkeeping I managed to kill them about 30 days into it...I've also hit their message boards and bought a few things, its where my lil sis also found my black clowns in tampa.

another really good online company to deal with is bluezooaquatics.com. They are a bit pricey on the shipping but have great deals on fish and coral. And have a great warranty. Mom ordered from them and lost a few things since shipment was delayed due to a snow storm in NC at the time, they sent her everything again that didn't "look like it was going to make it"...So since she was reshipped 4 things and only one ended up croaking, she still go to keep the other three...and she had the replacements the next day after the order was received finally to her house.
