We would like to have everybody pre-register their livestock - this will make it much easier, cleaner & more presentable.

Rules for the Live stock auction will be as follows:
1. All auction proceeds will be split:
a. For Pre-registered items (before March 5) - 80/20 - Owner takes 80%, Club takes 20%.
b. ALL NOT PRE-REGISTERED auction items will be a 70/30 split.
c. Donations to the club are welcome!

2. If you know you have pests (Flatworms, Redbugs, Acro Eating nudies, hydroids ..etc.) - PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR LIVESTOCK! We are trying to promote RESPONSIBLE reefkeeping, and part of that is to NOT pass pests around.

3. For pre-registration, please provide amount, rough size, name/species & picture. Notes about current flow/light are welcome.

At the auction we will have a projector to show everybody the coral that is at auction. If you are having trouble posting pictures here, please email pictures to marco@swfmas.com and PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT KIND OF CORAL IT IS!

Thanks,

marco

We have commitments for fish

We have commitments for fish and inverts. Fish will be a mixed bag of Pacific and Atlantic. Probably a few dwarf angels, basslets, chromis, etc. No big groupers or lionfish. Will post up the week of the event when we know specifically what we will have. Anticipate 20 to 30 fish total.

Inverts are being donated by Frank's Marine out of the Florida Keys. At this time, they have not been collected and quantity and species are not known. At a minimum, there will be astrea snails, blue leg hermit crabs, emerald crabs, serpent stars, etc. Again, will post up the week of the show when we know what is coming.

Frank's Marine will also have two special auction items. Once the final dates and details are worked out, we will post these items. I can tell you that the auction winners will need fins, mask and snorkel!

Please post pics in the

Please post pics in the gallery section. At the bottom of the Gallery Page is an album for auction pics.

Make sure you label who's coral it is, what coral it is, and if it is the actual coral for sale (otherwise, I will assume that the auction coral is a frag of the parent colony in the picture)

Nice corals by the way!
