IMHO the asking price is a bit high for the setup you're trying to sell. I do see the OBO - but maybe lowering yrou price off the bat would help you turn this setup over sooner? Also try posting up some photos.
Is the tank Drilled/has overflow(s) ?
Any lights included?
Where are you located at?
Glass or Acrylic tank?
What brand? Age? Condition? (scratches, chips, fisheyes, trim beatup)
Generally speaking, Most people buy LR from private parties for between $2-$3 /lbs, UNLESS the rock is covered with left over corals.
