I still haven't gotten a letter from them...

Yepp i still havnt got a email yet my sister did and GF got emails saying they were sorry to regret.. Now i placed my order at least 3 days before them so i would think i would have got an email by now if so. Either way if i dont get it no great loss.

mine came in the mail today! I donno I ordered around the same time as everyone else I guess I just got lucky...It was definitely time to replace my filters and DI resin, TDS of the RO/DI was 14 and coming out of the tap it was ~500!!. I guess this was the source of my algae issues..

get some color changing DI resin ?!

I do...I guess I'm just retarded and didnt notice it fading until I compared the fresh and spent, this is the first RO unit I've had and now I know what to look for.

mine goes from Blue to brown when spent.

oh mine just goes from dark brown to light brown...
