thats so fishy sounds like a really bad deal

I sent the Ebay Seller a message last night, and actually received a reply

Dear aqualightusa,

Any chance i can get my "membership" back, now that the store
is closed for business.

What happened to the store being sold? Last I heard, Alberto
said new owners were supposed to be taking over last week, or
the week before. Is the store closed until it sells?

You will have to wait on the Store to reopen, memberships will be transferable to term. The Store is closed until further notice, but not for ever. Alberto has a buyer which plans to close this Friday, we want to weight all options. Thank you for your correspondence.
