Volunteers Needed For The Reef Conference

We need volunteers for the following:

 

Friday:

 

BOD will be at early check in and banquet

Vendor Set Up during Banquet (2 people): FGCU Students (Courtney +1, Marlena,Taylor & Monica)

 

Saturday:

FGCU students (Marlena 8-2, Courtney +1 9-5, Taylor 8:30- 10:30, Jose 9 - 5)

Charlie, Randi, Matt, & Heather where needed

 

Entry & Membership table

8:00 am to 11:00 am (3 people): Jonathan & Matt

11:00 am to 1:00 pm (2 people):

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (2 people):

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (1 person):

 

Raffle & T-Shirt table

9:00 am to 11:00 am (2 people): ckeiling & Robin

11:00 am to 1:00 pm (2 people):

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm (2 people):

3:30 pm to 5:00 pm (1 person, raffle closed):

 

Kids Area

11:30 pm - 2:30 pm (1 person)

 

Vendor Hall Door Check - (1 person per time slot)

8:30 am to 11:00 am:

11:00 am to 2:30 pm:

3:00 pm to 5:00 pm:

 

Speaker Room Door Check - (1 person per time slot)

9:30 am to 11:00 am:

2:00 pm to 3:30 pm: ckeiling

 

Pull Raffle Items - 4 people

2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Jeff

 

Bag Raffle Corals and Pull Coral Raffle Tickets - 2 people

2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Wayne

 

As people volunteer, I will place their (names) beside the position they volunteered for.

 

Our success at these events is only possible with the help of our volunteers. We appreciate the all the help we get.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students needing community service hours!

I will help pull raffle items.

 

Also, the weekend of October 1, I will be stuffing goodie bags at my house. I have "volunteered" Charlie and Robin for that. I'll tell them sometime this week. Then going to load the raffle items into the van. Could use one or two more to stuff bags. Shouldn't take too long. this year as donations come in, I am actually separating the goodie bag stuff.
