Volunteers Needed

Listed below are the positions needing to be filled for the event to run as smoothly as possible.

Please volunteer by posting which position you would like to help with!

Volunteers:

Entry / Membership (entry fee) (2) – ChemStar & ckeiling

Register Bidders (1) - zyphen

Armbands (1) -

Register Sellers / Sort Corals (2) - Cubed Reefer & Feisty Fragger

Merchandise Table (1) - Shauna

Sell Drinks (1) -

Auctioneer (1) – Jdhuyvetter

Runners (2) - Charlie

Camera Man (1) - Goby Go

Data Entry (1) – zyphen

Checkout (2) – ChemStar & dbl

Paper Tracking (2) - ckeiling

Transportation of Items from Storage to the Event (2) - ChemStar

 

The numbers behind the positions are the minimum number of people needed.

Ooops, I will be out of town on the weekend of the auction, so I can not help out. Sorry..

 

I need to find someone to bid on some corals for me. I get back in town Sunday night.

We still need some volunteers, please let us know if you can help.

 

If anyone that is going to the auction and is willing to help bring items from our storage unit, please PM me. Storage unit located near Alico and US 41.

Christina and I will fill in or sort the corals liek we usually do but I did not see that on there, lmk. Finally a free weekend!

 

also I was under paypal auto purchase for membership but hasn't gone through?

Volunteers, Don't forget to purchase your lunch! It can be a long day without food.

 

 

Mission BBQ Lunch at 11:30 am

Cost is $13 per person

Must be pre-purchased by Wednesday, April 13th! (You will not be able to buy the day of the event!)
